I've spent most of this morning tidying up and sorting out in my crafting area (which is no more than a corner of my bedroom really... nothing grand) and I've stumbled across this little Christmas card which was made for a challenge last week and forgotten about . . . aaaawwwwhhh!!
So without further ado and by the skin of it's teeth, it's being entered into the ABC Christmas Challenge - V is for Vertical (sketch challenge); and
Creative Stamp Friends - Challenge #11 - My Favourite Stamp
The image is Tilda Hanging Ornaments from the Christmas 2010 collection.
I've coloured her with Copic markers:
Skin: E000; E00; E02 and R20
Hair: E31; E35 and E53
Top and Trousers: E43; E00; E21; W1 and W3
Socks: C1
Ornaments: R22; R32; R05 and G14
Shadow: W1
I think the paper I used was from Papermania "Classic Christmas" collection but I would have to check to be a 100% sure.
I've used white sparkle embossing powder to edge the die cut shape and liberal amounts of Stickles Star Dust throughout the card ( I don't know when to stop with this stuff, lol)
The holly leaves and Christmas Roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts and I've given them some bling with Stickles Gold.
The ticket sentiment is from the new range of Christmas stamps from Whimsy Stamps (who incidentally are having a sale for the whole of November to celebrate their second anniversary).
The little square gems are from Papermania Mosaics range and I think these are called Opal but again would have to check (I'm really rubbish today, sorry!)
I'm ending here and going back to tidying and general housework; so much for a 'day-off', more like just a change of tasks, lol (of course my husband would disagree, I'm not in work so therefore it's a day off!!); and of course I'm going to try and make another challenge card before it's back in work tomorrow.
Thanks for reading,
