It's approximately midway point in the Ready Teddy Go challenge #11 - "One for the Boys", so there's still plenty of time to have a go and join in.
The theme is quite apt especially as today is Father's Day [these challenges aren't just thrown together you know, lol].
Can I wish a very Happy Father's Day to all you wonderful Daddies and Grandpappas out there, what would we do without you?
There's a fabulous £10 voucher up for grabs from
for the selected winner , so well worth having a go, lol !!!
Why not pop over to the challenge blog now as there's more inspirational cards from the DT
including one from me
It's a little known fact that I absolutely love Pirates [I blame Johnny Depp, lol]
My card was fairly easy to put together, I made my own decoupaged image by printing out the same teddy six times and cutting out different bits and layers.
The rest of the card was put together using a design set from Kim McFarlane from Cuddly Buddly.
The inside was decorated with another paper and some more decoupaged "pieces of eight"
A close up of the little cute teddy bear pirate.
A photo to show the many layers used to give dimension to the whole of the front of the card. I used Pinflair glue - the one in the syringe to give me a flexibility with the layers. Foam pads just can't do this [not for me anyway].
Please make your way over to the challenge blog to see my team mates fantastic cards. . . and why not have a go yourself?
Thanks for visiting
